Build Office Hours’ marketing function from the ground up, including positioning, product marketing, sales assets, content, executive thought leadership, social presence, field marketing, and events. Partner with the CEO and cross-functional teams to establish the company narrative, create go-to-market programs, and scale marketing capabilities. Participate in low-volume L3 on-call, review code, mentor teammates, document technical decisions, and use AI coding assistants in production.

Supports monthly close, R&D accounting, clinical trial accruals, CRO and investigator grant entries, and clinical site payments. Reviews invoices against agreements, maintains SOX controls, supports audits, prepares schedules, and ensures accurate financial reporting across Phase 2 and Phase 3 studies. The role collaborates with Clinical Operations and Study Start Up teams while improving processes, managing deadlines, and maintaining compliance.

Own customer-facing technical engagements from first call to production: scope workflows, stand up AI agents against live data in days, run pilots, drive pricing and procurement, collect product feedback, and expand accounts. Blend hands-on technical delivery (prompting, integrations, Python scripting) with deal execution and clear written communication.

Own the full sales cycle for creators on Starter and Growth plans, including outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. Manage inbound leads, revive dormant opportunities, maintain CRM accuracy, forecast pipeline, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer Success. The role is remote-first and suited to an early-career closer with outbound sales experience.

Drive technical alignment and program execution across Engineering by partnering with software engineers and managers, managing roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, and blockers. Build automation workflows and self-service tools using AWS, Salesforce, Fivetran, Jira, and GitHub. Define and sanitize usage datasets, create business intelligence visualizations, synthesize complex information for leadership, and apply project management best practices to improve engineering velocity and decision-making.

Plan, design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot worldwide enterprise network infrastructure. Provide Tier 2 support, resolve complex outages, develop network automation with Ansible and scripting, maintain monitoring systems, conduct technical and cost-benefit analyses, support Agile initiatives, and ensure DISA STIG compliance across Cisco networking devices.

Supports Sales Directors and Account Managers in developing sales strategies, product knowledge, customer relationships, and territory revenue. Travels throughout the Austin territory, works with customers, suppliers, vendors, and product specialists, maintains CRM account data, attends training and industry events, and prepares sales presentations. The role is designed to develop the skills needed for future Account Manager advancement.

Build and scale backend APIs, services, event-driven workflows, queues, data models, caching, and integrations serving millions of users. Lead complex technical initiatives from discovery through production, improve reliability and performance, debug cross-system issues, and optimize databases and infrastructure interactions.
