Learns agricultural equipment brands, services, business systems, and company processes while supporting sales departments. Develops assigned customer relationships, assists product specialists with machine demonstrations and start-ups, completes product training, and participates in farm shows, trade shows, and customer outreach events. Requires travel to neighboring stores, training, corporate facilities, and territory events.

Leads the organization’s IT strategy, infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data analytics, and service delivery. Manages technical teams, technology projects, vendors, ERP initiatives, application releases, business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance.
