Performs financial statement audit procedures for investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds. Monitor product health, coordinate validation and documentation, communicate risks and progress, and support modernization and clinical AI capabilities. Travel up to 15% is required.

Manage social media for The Volume and its sports shows across X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Create timely original content, including photoshops, GIFs, quote templates, memes, captions, and posts reacting to sports news. Track performance data, monitor trends, support social strategy, and engage audiences while collaborating with the Head of Digital.

Provide network systems analysis, maintenance, and support. Design, implement, and support routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi, VoIP, cabling and network security. Create and maintain network documentation, assist support teams with application issues, and restore software as needed.

Provides technical customer support for on-premise enterprise applications, managing tickets from intake through resolution. Troubleshoots servers, applications, integrations, APIs, SQL, logs, and system configurations across Windows and Linux environments. Collaborates with product and services teams on defects, deployments, and customer configurations. Creates incident communications, runbooks, and knowledge articles while using BizFlow M to automate support workflows and monitoring system health.

Reviews account openings, maintenance activities, and supporting documentation for accuracy, compliance, and quality standards. Monitors exceptions, interprets legal documents, supports branch operations, and participates in audits, examinations, and third-party reviews. Maintains awareness of regulatory and information-security requirements while providing customer service and developing knowledge of bank products. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with one year of experience preferred, plus a valid driver's license and willingness to travel to outlying branches.
