Leads Legrand AV’s product management organization and Display Infrastructure portfolio. Develops long-term portfolio strategies, manages revenue and profitability, prioritizes investments, oversees product roadmaps and lifecycle optimization, and drives innovation and commercialization. Leads and develops product managers while aligning Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Experience. Serves as the escalation and relationship owner for clients and fund administration partners. Manages and develops staff, establishes service standards, drives process improvements, and leads ad hoc initiatives while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
