Oversee daily office administration, accounting support, customer service, and sales coordination. Responsibilities include invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash reporting, reconciliations, collections, order management, quote coordination, customer communications, reporting, and maintaining office files. The role also supports vendor payments, capital project tracking, and inside-sales opportunities within a manufacturing environment.

Serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal operations, IT, and finance teams. Manages complex service solutions, customer business reviews, SLAs, documentation, invoice audits, accounts receivable issues, and service improvements. Partners with leadership on business transformation, operational efficiency, financial accuracy, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Performs internal and external account reconciliations, balances deposit and general ledger accounts, processes return items and adjusting transactions, and conducts positive pay routines. Manages reconciliation workloads, quality controls, documentation, audits, and escheatment processing while meeting service-level agreements. Maintains proficiency in banking systems, regulations, and reconciliation procedures; supports training, cross-functional communication, special projects, and process improvements.

Supports member services by assisting students and member companies with computer-based training registration, testing, scheduling, and issue resolution. Operates and monitors CBT lab computers, administers student assessments, prints completion cards, prevents cheating, assists instructors, prepares training rooms, troubleshoots basic IT issues, maintains supplies, and performs front-desk and closing duties. Requires dependable communication, professionalism, basic computer skills, English grammar knowledge, and occasional physical activity.

Lead a major Findem product by setting long-term strategy, defining market and customer insights, establishing KPIs, prioritizing investments, and driving high-impact execution. Partner closely with engineering to deliver product milestones, apply quantitative and qualitative data to product decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, support, general managers, and other stakeholders. The role requires experience building AI-enabled B2B SaaS products, including 0-to-1 and 1-to-10 development and workflow automation.

Design and optimize silicon photonic components and integrated circuits for MEMS-based optical switches. Lead device design, fabrication methodology, simulation, layout, foundry tape-outs, and component/system-level testing. Develop characterization experiments and collaborate with systems and fabrication teams to improve optical switch performance. Serve as a senior technical contributor across functions and communicate findings through presentations and written reports.

Build and scale Inscribe’s partner-sourced revenue channel across referral, white-label, reseller, and integration models. Source, qualify, negotiate, and close partnerships; manage contracts, technical reviews, enablement, renewals, and expansions. Carry partner revenue quota, collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal, and represent partner needs internally while providing market and competitive feedback.

Provides administrative and clerical support to supervisors and production teams. Processes orders, maintains timecards and payroll submissions, organizes office and production communications, manages filing systems and office supplies, resolves administrative inquiries, and covers receptionist duties. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, accuracy, problem-solving, computer skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Design and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and user acceptance testing for enterprise and custom applications. Develop test plans, scenarios, and cases from business requirements; review requirements for testability; document and validate defects; maintain testing evidence and status reporting; support automated testing; and collaborate with business, PMO, implementation, QA, and project teams across Agile and Waterfall initiatives.

Supports general accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, AP, AR, payroll, and project accounting. Performs job costing, project setup, WIP and revenue recognition support, invoice processing, payment application, timesheet review, vendor documentation, and audit support. Collaborates with project managers, vendors, clients, auditors, and internal teams while maintaining accurate records and meeting recurring deadlines.
