Own customer success for assigned AssetWorks accounts by driving product adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and growth. Manage success plans, customer health data, business reviews, issue resolution, NPS surveys, and customer communications. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Development, Customer Care, and Professional Services to address risks, resolve complex issues, identify expansion opportunities, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

Lead the Big Dream Early Learning capital campaign by developing strategy, coordinating committees, cultivating and soliciting major donors, managing stewardship, and tracking campaign progress. Build relationships with Colorado Springs philanthropists, foundations, businesses, churches, civic leaders, and community partners. Prepare proposals, donor communications, reports, and campaign dashboards while supporting executive leadership and board members in fundraising efforts.
