Leads digital and technology strategy for Phoenix manufacturing, sales, parts, and business operations. Develops digital roadmaps, drives transformation and operational excellence, oversees infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity alignment, analytics, automation, and employee technology experience. Partners with business and enterprise technology leaders, manages integration of acquired businesses, prioritizes investments, mitigates technology risks, supports audits, and communicates outcomes to executives.

Leads the Bill Pay team, overseeing high-volume client bill and expense processing, approvals, enrollment, internal controls, and platform workflows across BILL and CMS. Manages team development, resolves complex client issues, partners with advisors, mitigates operational risks, and supports process improvements, system upgrades, integrations, and special projects.

Lead and execute search and digital performance strategies across SEO, AI-powered discovery, paid digital channels, and website optimization. Manage technical SEO, site structure, content optimization, paid campaigns, budgets, and performance dashboards. Translate analytics into actionable recommendations, collaborate with content and design teams, monitor emerging search/AI trends, and align digital initiatives with business priorities to drive visibility, engagement, and conversion.

Lead the new-car sales floor, desk deals to maximize gross and volume, close sales, outbound calls to leads and follow-ups, execute Chevrolet programs, partner with BDC and Finance, and train and develop the sales team to hit targets.

Own monthly and quarterly close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, payroll, invoicing, collections, accruals, and cash management. Support tax filings, audits, internal controls, revenue recognition, management reporting, and variance analysis. Administer finance systems, improve accounting processes through automation, and support finance projects and analyses in a high-growth startup environment.

Lead strategy, roadmaps, lifecycle management, adoption, and value realization for enterprise AI and technology products. Translate business needs into requirements, backlogs, launch plans, adoption programs, and measurable outcomes. Partner with IT, cybersecurity, architects, vendors, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to evaluate and scale AI products including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, intelligent automation, enterprise search, and knowledge solutions. Support AI governance, product metrics, user feedback, continuous improvement, and responsible product adoption.

Supervise daily loss mitigation document intake, underwriting, closing, and post-closing operations. Manage staff and offshore operations, monitor pipelines and service-level agreements, ensure RESPA compliance, identify process bottlenecks, oversee quality control, conduct employee coaching, communicate investor and product updates, support training, and assist with internal and external audits.
