Maintains product and purchase order data, sets up new items, expedites overdue orders, tracks shipments, resolves supplier discrepancies, and supports internal stakeholders through JIRA tickets. Publish research, collaborate with academic and industry partners, and mentor students and research staff.

Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Oyster’s Employer of Record product across onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and offboarding. Manage and develop a multi-layered product organization, prioritize complex initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Design, Legal, Finance, and Operations. Drive AI-powered automation, scalable workflows, measurable business outcomes, and product quality across a regulated global employment platform.

Manage end-to-end administration for complex national account insurance business, including implementations, policy amendments, plan configuration, claims administration, billing adjustments, and client documentation. Collaborate with implementation, underwriting, claims, compliance, billing, and delivery teams to interpret contractual and regulatory requirements, resolve escalated issues, maintain accurate systems and census data, meet service levels, and improve operational processes and client experience.

Supports the Director of Education in leading campus education operations, supervising instructors, maintaining instructor files, coordinating onboarding and training, conducting classroom observations, monitoring student retention and completion metrics, managing leave and re-entry processes, optimizing class schedules, and facilitating student retention meetings. Success is measured by campus retention, graduation, completion, and licensure outcomes.
