Internal Title: Manager, HR 5.0 ZBB
Chicago - Hybrid (3 days in office)
Job Summary: The HR 5.0 ZBB manager will be responsible for collaborating with Global ZBB for P&P, IT, and Finance and CHROO leaders to build the annual CHROO budget and optimize company spend. This role will also involve building the CHROO P&L, reviewing spend and entity forecasts monthly. The ideal candidate will own the budget, forecast, accounting, and monthly reviews with stakeholders for CHROO spend by entity, including OPEX and CAPEX.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Global ZBB for P&P, IT, and Finance and CHROO leaders to build the annual CHROO budget and optimize company spend.
  • Build the CHROO P&L, review spend and entity forecasts monthly, and communicate CHROO financials to CPO and CFOs.
  • Own budget, forecast and monthly reviews with stakeholders for CHROO spend by entity (including OPEX and CAPEX).
  • Partner with IT PPM on CAPEX actualization and reclassification processes.
  • Develop and manage financial models for HR 5.0 business case.
  • Serve as the financial project manager for business case, budget, and performance management projects.
  • Act as a strategic partner for analytics and reporting.
  • Support CAPEX cost control, and open and monitor the CAR process.


Skills/Abilities/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior experience forecasting OPEX and CAPEX costs.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of zero-based budgeting principles and methodologies.
  • Prior experience using SAP required. Prior experience using Adaptive Insights, ProjectNow, and/or 4Site a plus.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
