Job Description
Starting Wage: $23.40
Specific Duties:
- Keep lines running efficiently.
- Documentation
- Ability to lead floor mod team and to back up mod lead.
- Operating knowledge of the palletizer
- Moving product in/out floor and auto mod line
- Operating knowledge of the Matrics system.
- Scanning finished mods onto inventory
- Quality awareness. Last line of defense for spotting defects.
- Housekeeping of area
- Follow all GMP's
- Support KHMS.
- Perform sanitation responsibilities as needed and/or required.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
* Productivity Responsibility:
- Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure that we are the low-cost, high-quality producer.
- Strive to maximize the efficiency of the plant/department by submitting and implementing process improvements.
* Quality Responsibility:
- Ensure the quality of our products and our workplace by following all procedures and guidelines.
- Comply with all established GMP's, Housekeeping responsibilities and KHMS operating procedures.
* Safety Responsibility:
- Actively participate in team safety efforts to achieve/exceed plant goals.
- Required to perform all duties safely & use discretion to prevent injuries to self and/or others.
* Qualifications:
- Must be willing and able to demonstrate planning/organizational skills and behavior, which will contribute to the overall team effectiveness.
- Understanding of the requirements and importance of documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong leadership and people skills.
