At Personio, the RevOps team is a key strategic partner for all the different teams within the Revenue & Success organization, covering a wide array of expertise including strategy and analytics, operations, processes and tools. Team members are experts in business strategy and operations, with a deep acumen for analytical and strategic thinking.
We're looking for a Working Student (d/f/m) who brings an analytical mindset and curiosity to support us with our daily operations, including revenue forecasting and planning, dashboard and report creation, and project and stakeholder management tasks. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience across the full spectrum of the customer lifecycle, from Marketing to Customer Success.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
- Create, maintain and update existing reports and dashboards, including alignment with relevant stakeholders on requirements.
- Support the team in the development and improvement of models used for the purpose of revenue planning and forecasting.
- Assist the team in the preparation of regular business reviews (monthly, quarterly).
- Improve the team's productivity and decrease time required to generate relevant insights by leveraging AI and automation tools.
- Ensure Data Quality in our CRMs and the compliance of process directives and correct data inconsistencies.
- Support the team with driving data literacy of R&S leaders through data enablement, including training and documentation.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
- You are currently pursuing a masters degree in a relevant fields (Business Administration, Business Analytics, Informatics)
- Previous experience in fast-paced, demanding environments like startups, big tech or management consulting
- You are confident in breaking down complex problems and solving them through quantitative analysis and enjoy building presentations showcasing the results
- Highly proficient on Excel / Gsheets, comfortable in SQL is a big plus
- High degree of proactiveness, diligence and a get-stuff-done mentality to tackle any tasks that enable our team to work smoothly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. German language skills are not a must but great to have
- Ideally you bring 12+ months time for the role, as in our experience this enables you to really get accustomed with our internal processes and follow through on own projects end-to-end
