Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing Workday Extend applications using at least 2–3 of the following technologies: PMD Scripting, Orchestration, Model Components, Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect
- Strong understanding of Workday data modeling, including model objects, model business processes, and related components
- In-depth knowledge of WQL, GraphQL, and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) within Workday applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust and collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to train, mentor, and support the professional development of Huron staff across both technical and project delivery dimensions
- Strong analytical skills, with experience translating business and technical requirements into design, build, and technical documentation
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new tools, technologies, concepts, and methodologies
- Experience with development and productivity tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, or similar software
Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, financial, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Willingness and ability to travel based on business needs and work extended hours as required

- Active Workday Extend certification
- 3+ Workday Extend implementation experiences with strong collaboration and communication skills across technical workstreams
