As an Operations Analyst in the Wealth Management Operations, you will support end-to-end operational processes to help deliver accurate, timely outcomes. You will investigate inquiries and exceptions, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and maintain high standards for data quality and documentation. You will contribute to a strong risk and controls culture by identifying gaps and supporting remediation. You will also help drive continuous improvement across operational workflows.
Job responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day operational processing (e.g., transfers, reconciliations, setup/maintenance, and monitoring) in line with defined procedures and service standards.
- Investigate and resolve inquiries and exceptions, escalating issues as needed and ensuring timely closure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners (e.g., business stakeholders, operations teams, technology teams, and control partners) to complete tasks and resolve breaks.
- Maintain data quality and documentation standards to ensure records are complete and audit-ready.
Identify operational risk and control gaps, support remediation actions, and contribute to process improvements.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), or currently enrolled in college with an expected graduation date between April to December 2026.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience supporting complex products or processes (e.g., loan/credit documentation, securities transfers, platform operational flows, investigations, or remediation work).
- Demonstrated risk awareness and control orientation in an operations environment.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
