We’re looking for a data-driven Demand Planner to drive accurate demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and merchandise planning across the CEEAN cluster.

About the Job
- Own wholesale demand planning across the CEEAN cluster, covering partner channels, wholesale accounts, and multi-market commercial complexity.
- Build rolling demand plans based on partner sales trends, order history, stock positions, market insights, and commercial priorities.
- Strengthen planning proximity with wholesale partners across sales planning, merchandising, replenishment, launch readiness, and inventory health.
- Navigate non-integrated partner systems and imperfect data through strong analysis, manual reconciliation, and proactive follow-up to improve planning accuracy.
- Spearhead project of further data integration and collection with wholesale partners
- Improve replenishment cycles, order quality, stock visibility, pipeline management, and availability of core and high-potential products.
- Support stronger assortments and new collection order proposals by balancing brand priorities, partner potential, market realities, inventory risk, and sell-through expectations.
- Monitor wholesale KPIs including forecast accuracy, order conversion, sell-in, sell-through, stock coverage, inventory aging, replenishment execution, discount dependency, and liquidation risk.
- Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and wholesale partners to improve inventory quality, profitability, and receivables through better planning and sell-through.
About You
You are an analytical and proactive planning professional who enjoys turning data into business decisions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about optimizing inventory, forecasting demand, and driving commercial performance.
- 2-5 years of experience in Wholesale Demand Planning, Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain, Forecasting, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Experience with wholesale & partner-business demand forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, and stock optimization processes.
- Good understanding of merchandising, assortment planning, retail planning principles and wholesale sales operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and planning systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, matrix organization.
- Self-driven, organized, and solution-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
