Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager (f/m/d) based in Vaduz to support our EAM Switzerland team:


  • Proactive and efficient support of our EAM Switzerland team
  • Independent handling of day-to-day business, including direct client interaction (pending items management, correspondence, account openings, compliance, etc.)
  • Efficient receipt and processing of orders in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payments
  • Support in the preparation and follow-up of client and acquisition meetings, including arranging business trips, agenda management, presentations and correspondence
  • Assistance in the organization and preparation of client events (e.g. invitation process) in cooperation with Marketing, as well as selective participation in representative events together with client advisors

Requirements

For this responsible position, we are seeking a committed and motivated individual with the following profile:


  • Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial training, combined with several years of experience in private banking or the EAM business
  • Advanced professional qualifications in banking or business administration would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the international EAM or private banking business (cross-border rules, MiFID, AML, etc.)
  • Committed, structured and proactive personality with a strong sense of initiative
  • Strong client focus and service orientation with the highest standards of quality and reliability
  • Empathetic, positive personality with excellent manners and very strong communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
