To further develop our EAM Germany team over the long term, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Advisor Business Development (m/f/d) to acquire and serve intermediaries in our target market, Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Build a client portfolio by acquiring intermediaries in Germany, in particular licensed EAMs, MFOs and KVGs, for LGT Bank AG in Vaduz.
- Advise and support intermediaries as a trusted partner and help them achieve their entrepreneurial objectives.
- Continuously develop and manage the client portfolio.
- Present suitable solutions and implement them together with intermediaries through professional project management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies and standards, thereby contributing to an effective risk culture.
- Further develop the existing product and service offering.
- Contribute to building a new client coverage unit within our Intermediaries business segment.
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration and/or banking apprenticeship with a relevant additional qualification.
- Several years of experience in the EAM business, fund distribution or a multi-family office.
- Proven seniority in serving wealth management clients or working with a demanding professional or institutional client base.
- Excellent knowledge of financial products, paired with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken German, as well as very good English skills.
- Sound expertise in risk management and compliance, along with experience in project management.
- A team-oriented, responsible and proactive personality with a convincing manner, strong social skills and empathy.
- A strong service and results orientation, negotiation skills, and a clear commitment to delivering an outstanding advisory experience to clients.
