A dedicated and passionate wellness centre focused on promoting gross motor development, physical wellness and movement in young children is seeking a reliable, highly organised, and communicative Part-Time Administrator for 20 to 25 hours per month to join their team behind the scenes to help keep operations running smoothly.
Financial Administration: Handle client invoicing on a quarterly basis.
Communication Hub: Manage the inbox, ensuring emails are answered promptly and professionally, and kept thoroughly updated.
Client Intake & Coordination: Gather data and client applications from Google Forms, organise the information, and collaborate with the internal team to match clients with the perfect session/s.
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
Ideally based close to or in Stellenbosch, even though it's a remote role
Comfortable using Google Workspace (specifically Google Forms and Sheets) and email management systems.
Excellent written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
Strong attention to detail, especially regarding numbers and invoicing.
A self-starter who thrives in an independent, remote working environment.
Access to a reliable internet connection and your own computer/laptop.
