About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to help us craft seamless and responsive websites.
At Plum, a user’s journey to buy insurance & benefits starts with our website. You will be playing a pivotal role to ensure every new visitor goes through a visually delightful experience and the value of our product is communicated as clearly as possible.
The ideal candidate should have a user centric focus, keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently. Prior experience building and designing Webflow websites is a must for this role.
Key Responsibility:
- Webflow Expertise: Create and manage Plum’s website & landing pages using Webflow, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. You should stay abreast with the latest Webflow features and apply them to improve the website’s functionality.
- Design Translation: Collaborate with designers to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences. You should have a good sense of design and be comfortable collaborating on Figma
- Data-driven Approach: You should be comfortable setting up and using analytics & CRO tools like Google Analytics, Clarity, VWO. Running experiments to enhance conversion rates will be a core part of this role.
- Custom Solutions: Develop custom scripts and integrations to enhance website functionality.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure optimal loading times and performance, implementing best practices in coding and design.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Webflow design and functionality.
Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Clarity, VWO etc.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Figma).
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales funnels and tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Chatbots.
- Understanding of technical SEO principles.
