As an Advisor, UX Designer, you will design intuitive, scalable workflows and reusable UX patterns for platform-level experiences. You will collaborate with UX architects, researchers, product managers, and engineering squads to translate complex user journeys into elegant, user-friendly interfaces that reduce manual effort and enable automation.
What You'll Bring:
Responsibilities
Design Execution
• Create detailed UX designs for platform workflows, including multi-step processes and multi-role interactions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Ensure designs align with the platform’s design system and accessibility standards.
Collaboration
• Work closely with UX architects to implement reusable patterns and frameworks.
• Partner with product managers and engineers during agile sprints to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Incorporate insights from UX research into design decisions.
Quality & Governance
• Maintain consistency with design tokens and component libraries.
• Validate designs against accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and performance best practices.
• Provide feedback to junior designers and contribute to design reviews.
Qualifications
• Overall 10 years experience and 6+ years of experience in UX design for enterprise or data-centric platforms.
• Strong skills in Figma, prototyping, and design system usage.
• Experience designing workflows for complex operational processes.
• Familiarity with agile development and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
