IL6S Lead, Sricity
Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) is an essential way of working (WOW) in Mondelez Supply Chain to drive operational excellence and deliver productivity. IL6S provides effective tools for structured loss elimination, thereby helping organization deliver sustainable performance and continuous improvement. This is a must-have non-negotiable mindset that everyone in Operations needs to imbibe in their day-to day operations.
As Plant IL6S Lead, you will be part of the plant leadership team (PLT) reporting directly to plant director and functionally reporting to BU IL6S Lead.
You will be accountable for/to:
❑ Driving IL6S agenda for plant in line with BU roadmap to get plant to progress in phase maturity
❑ Owning and demonstrating leadership in relentlessly driving IL6S discipline (governance, action tracking) and mindset in plant
❑ Role model continuous improvement and zero loss mindset on shopfloor; demonstrate high degree of influencing skills across PLT and entire plant team to sustainability adopt IL6S WOW (robust governance through SGAs / pillars on relevant SWPs)
❑ Drive robust loss elimination workshops; Closely collaborate with plant finance controller to bring clarity into key loss buckets, structure action plan preparation using FI tools and drive focused implementation
❑ Facilitating coaching sessions on shopfloor to educate and train shopfloor members on tools for loss analysis and elimination
❑ Coaching plant team (including shopfloor members) to take up and implement yellow-belt / black-belt projects
❑ Be single person responsible for plant productivity agenda driving same in collaboration with BU productivity roadmap; demonstrate leadership in working with plant to not only develop a robust 3-year productivity pipeline but also drive strong governance to ensure implementation to project closure
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
❑ CI and high-performance work systems experience
❑ Manufacturing / Production experience (preferably in FMCG / automobile sectors) where candidate has had practical experience in leveraging CI tools
❑ Strong drive to lead from front and be relentless in engaging with teams to bring discipline
❑ Has handled change management agenda in unionized plants
❑ Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities
❑ Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory or operations environment
❑ Ability to validate data in manual and automated systems
❑ Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools
❑ Have a coaching mindset to develop IL6S framework, problem solving ability to team
❑ Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data
