About this opportunity:
We are looking for Warehouse Process Control Specialists in Material Handling to join our ESST Supply Chain team in Tallinn and contribute to building efficient, stable, and future-ready material handling operations.
In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and continuously improving end-to-end material handling processes. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure that processes, tools, and systems are aligned with business needs and comply with internal and industry standards.
Please note, this is a full time Mon-Fri position, 80% of the time (at least 4 days per week) on site in Tallinn, Estonia.
What you will do:
• Maintaining and updating material handling processes and ways of working • Securing MH software used in ESST meets business and process requirements • Leading incremental change initiatives based on proactive analysis of data and processes. • Participation in material management related projects • Driving material handling related KPI • Driving cooperation and collaboration in material handling related topics • Leading internal audits for material handling area in ESST and participating in audits where needed • Creating and updating work instructions and procedure instructions according to Ericsson and industry requirements • Conducting training for Material Handling Operations trainers
The skills you bring:
• Minimum of 2 years work experience from Logistics/Material handling or bachelor's degree in SCM • Knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations, policies and procedures related to material handling• Six sigma yellow belt and experience with lean toolbox (e.g. 6 Sigma, Value stream mapping etc)• Ability to analyse data and turn it into actionable operational improvements• Ability and expertise in creating Power BI dashboards and using available AI solutions effectively• Previous experience or theoretical knowledge about business process mapping and workflow design• Excellent interpersonal skills to persuade and influence people and explain complex processes• Analytical skills, proactive ways of working and attention to details• English proficiency in speaking, writing & presenting as well as Estonian and Russian at speaking level ( B2)
