About this opportunity:
Supply site Tallinn, Estonia Test Technology is looking for a Hardware Test Engineer (intenrally known as Test Engineer I). Our team in Estonia is at the forefront of hardware testing, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. In this role you will play a pivotal role between testing and manufacturing with the responsibility to ensure all test equipment is up and running smoothly at our factory in Tallinn.

This is a full time Mon-Fri site-based opportunity at our supply site Tallinn, Estonia.
What you will do:
Act as bridge between Production Test Development and Supply, from test technical perspective
Lead the implementation of test HW in production
Analyze hardware failures and identify root causes using diagnostic tools.
Propose and implement solutions to resolve design or manufacturing issues.
Work closely with hardware design, production, and quality assurance teams.
Take active part in HW installation, verifications, and maintenance.
Continuously improve test productivity in the whole manufacturing process including test time reduction, test yield and test equipment availability and stability improvement
The skills you bring:
2-3 years of experience working with electronics and electrical equipment, ideally radio electronics
Knowledge of EU machinery directive and ISO standards (12100)
Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, hardware design, and testing principles
Understanding and overview of C & C# programming languages
Proficiency in operating RF instruments and perform RF calibration of test stations is higly regarded
Fluent verbal and written level of English
Basic level of Estonian and/or Russian would be a bonus
Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Higher education in electronics or mechatronics or 2-3-year work experience in electronic field, radio electronics
