About this opportunity:
With the expansion and growth of the Operational Resilience scope at Supply site Tallinn they are looking for a line manager for a team of six ESD and Layout Management personnel activities.
This Manager of ESD and Layout Mngmt will oversee and coordinate the team and develop our ESD and layout management capability. In this role you will be accountable for the end-to-end execution, governance and continuous improvement of layout management, ESD control and electrical safety across production areas, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient production environments.
This is an opportunity to work closely with production, engineering, EHS, IT, Security and facility teams to coordinate changes, drive improvements and secure audit readiness and compliance.
This position is based in Tallinn, Estonia, with on-site presence at all Ericsson EEE premises and Logistika Pluss.
What you will do:
• Lead and coordinate daily ESD and layout management activities across production• Plan, prioritize and assign work to the ESD and layout team(s), supervising and supporting execution on the shopfloor.• Implement and enforce ESD control, electrical safety requirements and layout standards• Own the layout change management process, securing proper coordination, approvals, documentation and communication of changes.• Drive continuous improvement in ESD and layout operations • Perform regular checks to verify compliance, identify risks and ensure correct ESD and layout practices.• Collaborate with production, engineering, EHS, IT, Security and facility teams to align needs and ensure efficient execution of changes.• Coach and develop the team, building competence and high standards in ESD, electrical safety and layout management.• Monitor performance and documentation to improve efficiency, reduce rework, increase "first-time-right" and maintain audit readiness.
The skills you bring:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, electronics manufacturing or a related technical field.• At least 3 years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, production engineering, facility/layout management or a similar operational environment.• Solid understanding of ESD standards, electrical safety principles and production environment requirements.• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes in Supply Site Tallinn or a comparable high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.• Ability to translate technical and compliance requirements into practical, executable solutions on the shopfloor.• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally.• Experience with audits, compliance processes and documentation management.• Basic understanding of performance management (e.g. KPIs and OKRs) and a continuous improvement mindset.• Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g. CAD tools, MS Office).• Language proficiency in English, Estonian and Russian

Skills Required
