Our Product Management Team plays a pivotal role in our company, driving product success by working collaboratively with Riskified’s engineering, data science, design, marketing, analytics, operation teams, GTM teams and Sr. management. Product Managers at Riskified are required to solve complex problems, using a varied and multi-disciplinary skillset. We are in hyper-growth mode, so are looking for people who can learn and adjust quickly as the company and our product suite expand.

As VP Product at Riskified, you will be fully accountable for the success of a broad domain (and domains within), you will be empowered to drive the product adoption across different markets, identify potential partnership opportunities and generate broad consensus around significant product moves.

• Lead a team of strong Product Managers 
• Work directly with our Head of Product to define product strategy and tactics to achieve our goals
• Push the product adoption in the market, partnering with GTM to influence strategic deals and identify new partnership opportunities  
• Proactively engage with customers and users to discover pains, distill them to product needs, and communicate the roadmap as it develops back to them
• Work with Marketing and Design counterparts to broadly position the products and build the higher-level story around the products 
• Enable the GTM organization to ship the product to market  
• Drive product direction covering a broad surface, ensuring continuous alignment with multiple C-level stakeholders
• Define KPIs for product success and identify opportunities to positively move these KPIs. Drive cross-functional teams to execute and fulfill these opportunities
• Lead and oversee the product roadmap and roadmapping process
• Plan and direct the release of new products and features

• 10+ years of experience as a leading Product Manager
• 4+ years in leading a team of PMs with exceptional leadership 
• 4+ years experience managing data and algorithm-focused products
• Experience driving product adoption in new markets 
• Experience driving product vision and roadmaps, with a track record of leading teams to deploy innovative solutions that deliver measurable results at scale
• Great interpersonal and presentation skills
• Experience in SaaS companies in a B2B setting
• Experience with eCommerce, FinTech, Online Payments, Fraud - advantage
