Job Description:
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI-driven SaaS products—from concept to production and scale
- Build, lead, and develop a multi-layered engineering organization, including Directors and senior leaders
- Drive execution excellence, improving velocity, predictability, and quality across teams
- Partner with Product, Design, and Customer Success to define roadmaps aligned with customer and market needs
- Ensure strong engineering fundamentals across development, testing, release, and operations in a multi-cloud SaaS environment.
- Build and mentor a high-performing global engineering organization
- Hire and develop senior leaders, fostering a strong leadership bench
- Create a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
- Enable effective collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams
- Proven people leadership, across an engineering site with a combined direct and matrixed structure, promoting culture and team spirit.
