- Ensure communications activity is proactive, coordinated, and aligned with broader marketing, commercial, and company priorities.

- Oversee press releases, media pitches, statements, briefing materials, Q&As, talking points, contributed articles, award submissions, and media responses.
- Prepare spokespeople for interviews, panels, podcasts, briefings, and media engagements.
Executive Communications & Thought Leadership
- Develop executive communications strategies that elevate senior leaders as credible, distinctive voices in the market.
- Create executive messaging, talking points, speeches, bylines, LinkedIn posts, panel prep, media briefing materials, and event narratives.
- Partner with insights, product marketing, and business leaders to turn market trends, customer needs, product innovation, and company strategy into strong thought leadership.
- Help identify the right moments, platforms, and messages for executives to engage with customers, partners, media, employees, and the broader industry.
Product & Business-Line Communications
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Marketing, Growth Marketing, Field Marketing, and product leaders to support communications around key products, solutions, launches, and business-line priorities.
- Help translate product and commercial priorities into external communications opportunities, including announcements, media narratives, thought leadership, customer stories, event messaging, and industry commentary.
- Ensure product and business-line communications are accurate, differentiated, commercially relevant, and aligned to broader company positioning.
- Support communications programs across priority areas such as advertising, betting, sports technology, data, media, and partnerships.
Issues Management & Message Discipline
- Lead communications planning and response for sensitive topics, complex announcements, market issues, and reputational risks.
- Develop clear messaging, holding statements, Q&As, response plans, escalation processes, and stakeholder alignment for issues that may require careful handling.
- Partner with legal, leadership, people, product, sales, and other internal teams as needed to ensure accurate, timely, and appropriate communications.
- Bring strong judgment, calm decision-making, and disciplined messaging to fast-moving or high-pressure situations.
