Neo Group is hiring a customer-focused VIP Account Manager to manage and cultivate relationships with Portuguese-speaking VIP customers. Join us and play a vital role in expanding and nurturing valuable connections.

What We Want From You:

🌟 Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP customers, ensuring exceptional service and support.

🤝 Proactively engage with VIP customers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals.

🎁 Provide tailored recommendations and personalized offers to VIP customers to maximize their satisfaction and loyalty.

📞 Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may face.

🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIP experiences, including event invitations, special promotions, and bespoke rewards.

📊 Monitor and analyze VIP customer activity and behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.

🎯 Work closely with the VIP team to develop and execute strategies for VIP customer acquisition and retention.

📈 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in VIP account management.


Requirements

🗣️ Fluent in both Portuguese and English, both written and spoken

💼 Previous experience in VIP account management or a similar customer-facing role

🤝 Strong relationship-building and communication skills

💡 Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

🛠️ Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

🔄 Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

📊 Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights

🎰 Experience in the iGaming or related industry is a plus
