Job Description

As a Head of In-House Games you will lead and execute the Company's in-house games content strategy while driving growth and commercial success.

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader with a deep understanding of the Gaming industry and a proven track record in defining, developing, and executing an in-house games content strategy.

You will be instrumental in shaping our overall games offering, ensuring it remains competitive and engaging for our players by capitalising on market-leading innovation opportunities, including tailored content for specific player segments and localised content for key markets. You will drive the commercial success of our proprietary game portfolio.

This pivotal leadership role is responsible for defining, driving, and executing the Company's in-house games content strategy to achieve significant commercial growth. You will shape our entire games offering, ensuring it is best-in-class, innovative, and highly engaging by capitalising on market-leading opportunities and identifying emerging game types and genres.

A core focus will be developing sophisticated content strategies for diverse player segments and localised markets to maximise engagement, retention, and revenue. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and secure new content avenues.

  • Experience in managing external studios, including commercial negotiations and budget management.

  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and technology functions.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of what makes engaging, innovative, and commercially successful games.
  • Evidenced track record of building industry leading content.

  • Monitoring and analysing game performance and player engagement metrics, proactively adjusting strategies for global and localised markets to optimise outcomes.
  • Conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and untapped opportunities across gaming verticals, informing strategic decisions on content focus and innovation.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Commercial) to ensure seamless integration, effective go-to-market strategies, and cohesive player experiences.
  • Managing exclusive content agreements with third-party providers and oversee the development of unique, platform-enhancing bespoke content.
  • Driving innovation by fostering exploration of new concepts and ideas that align with the Company's strategic vision and deliver market differentiation.
