The Role

The Vice President, Transformation will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing key organizational transformation initiatives. This role will oversee the Transformation Management Office and lead cross-functional teams to drive operational, digital, AI, and cloud transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic vision. The VP will oversee large-scale change management programs, optimize processes, and enhance overall business agility to maintain our competitive edge in the AI-powered SaaS landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

· Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap that aligns with the company's growth strategy and business objectives.

· Program Leadership: Lead the program management of complex organizational programs, ensuring well-defined goals, scope, schedules, and deliverables, aligned with business priorities.

· Framework & Methodologies: Design and implement program frameworks, methodologies, and strategies to accelerate the work of project teams and drive results.

· Coaching & Best Practices: Guide and coach project teams on leading practices in planning, execution, change management, and issue resolution.

· Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential roadblocks proactively to mitigate risks and ensure program success.

· Digital & AI Innovation: Spearhead AI and cloud-driven transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

· Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with key stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Sales) to drive seamless execution of transformation programs.

· Change Management & Culture Shift: Lead large-scale organizational change, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement.

· Process Optimization: Implement SOP and Agile methodologies to improve business processes and eliminate inefficiencies.

· Governance & Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure transformation success and drive accountability.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on operational and digital transformation trends and opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· 10+ years of experience in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within AI, Cloud, SaaS, or digital-first environments.

· Proven track record of executing large-scale digital transformation programs that have delivered measurable business outcomes.

· Strong expertise in AI, automation, cloud computing, and enterprise IT modernization.

· Experience in managing complex, matrixed organizations and driving cross-functional collaboration.

· Deep knowledge of change management principles, with hands-on experience implementing Lean, Agile frameworks.

· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in high-growth SaaS, technology, or enterprise software companies.

· Background in management consulting or strategic advisory roles within digital transformation domains.

· Global experience leading multi-country transformation efforts.
