Client Servicing Associate (Financial Markets)

Job Summary: 

Client Servicing Associates are responsible for delivering top-notch operational support and fostering strong relationships with Clearwater's global clients. They excel in addressing inquiries related to front-back office asset management operations matters, serving as a vital link between clients and internal teams. These Associates play a pivotal role in delivering prompt, precise, and comprehensive responses to client queries, with the ultimate objective of efficiently resolving a substantial number of issues while ensuring that clients become enthusiastic advocates of Clearwater. 

The Client Servicing Team in Paris supports JUMP ULF (Unit Linked Fund) Insurance clients. The team is responsible for the on-going servicing of existing clients and seeks to improve clients’ day-to-day workflow by increasing their knowledge of the front-back office asset management platform and providing them with effective solutions to their performance and investment reporting requirements. We work as an extension of our clients’ teams, and we collaborate with them to ensure our product meets their current and future needs. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage client inquiries & requests on various topics across investment accounting, asset classes and financial markets. 
• Deliver timely and accurate information regarding Financial Statements & Analytics Reporting. 
• Complete operational tasks such as account set up, client lockdowns, compliance, reconciliation validation. 
• Collaborate directly with clients to build valuable relationships and enhance their experience as a Clearwater user. 
• Validate investment data against available third-party market data sources and show proficiency in proprietary internal tools for reconciling investment transactions. 
• Effectively navigates through knowledge base and documentation, using internal tools and resources to proactively solve client queries and problems. 
• Manage workflow based on productivity and quality metrics; organizing your day to prioritize high importance or critical work. 
• Take on a variety of team and client related, long-term projects that may involve collaboration with other internal teams. 
• Assist in training and coaching more junior team members. 

Required Skills: 

• Good understanding of financial markets.
• Intermediate understanding of fixed income and equity investments.
• Familiarity with insurance and/or investment management market concepts a plus. 
• Ability to communicate with clients
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.  
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.  
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.  
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.  
• Fluency in French and English

Education and Experience:   

• Master's degree in a relevant degree area such as: Financial Markets, Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics
