The Role

Our Vice President, Search Marketing - SEO and SEM will play a central role in the strategy, execution and optimization of SEO and SEM across all our business verticals (Residential, Small Business, Mid Market and Up Market), finding the best partners which will complement the brand. The position is also responsible for analyzing and devising a strategy for AI in Search.

As a Vice President, Search Marketing - SEO and SEM you will collaborate with the website architecture teams, digital creative competitive intelligence, analytics and research teams to fully understand prospect, customer and mover behavior, triggers and metrics. You will recommend, plan and execute SEO and SEM campaigns that are effective, on time, and on budget. WHAT OUR VICE PRESIDENT, SEARCH MARKETING - SEO AND SEM ENJOY MOST

  • Managing a high-performing, dedicated team of marketing experts that can provide the organization with world class experience, knowledge, execution and overall marketing leadership.
  • Leading the planning and execution of strategy, tactics and measurement for integrated marketing campaigns enterprise-wide to drive sales and results across all product lines.
  • Designing and implementing multiple strategies tailored to the unique needs and challenges of competing in the connectivity space along with owning demand generation efforts, including digital campaigns (SEO, SEM) to drive qualified leads and accelerate growth.
  • Using data and analytics tools (SEMRush, Google Analytics, Adobe suite, etc.) to track performance and optimize marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on real-time feedback.
  • Collaborating across multiple teams to build a content engine that speaks to our brand, products and service commitments, including blogs, white-papers, case studies, webinars, and more, focusing on producing high-value content that fuels subscriber growth.
  • Developing marketing plans and facilitating metrics and reporting to analyze performance and to drive marketing efficiencies and effectiveness through collaboration with cross-functional teams


You'll actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience through forecasting performance, identifying opportunities to improve results, enhance contact strategy or extend reach to meet or outperform metric goals. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Direct, mass and/or digital marketing experience 10+ years. Leadership of Marketing teams 10+ years. Marketing Analytics 8+ years. Project Management 8+ years. Mover Marketing 5+ years.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience
  • Technical skills: Proven, successful track record of developing and executing integrated, strategic plans, managing and executing marketing projects. Expertise in mass, digital and direct marketing planning at an executive level. Strong knowledge of cable products and features, cable mover marketing and programs. Business savvy, including an understanding of the marketplace, competitors, and technology and what is required for sustained operating results.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills. Strong project management skills. Superior analytical and technical expertise. Strong attention to detail. Strategic thinking skills. Highly developed capacity for teamwork and a strong focus on the customer.
  • Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can work independently and develop recommendations autonomously. Can manage all phases of multiple projects from beginning to end with sufficient autonomy. Can show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties in a fast-paced environment. Can mine, analyze and interpret data to make recommendations based on analysis and expertise. Can work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience. Can present to executive management. Can make decisions and resolve problems while working under pressure. Can manage and foster change.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cable television, high speed Internet and phone products including mobile, and services preferred, with specific experience within marketing planning, execution and campaign analytics.
