Job Description
The LEGO® Group is looking to hire a Vice President, China Sales to lead all sales accounts and channels (including Tmall business, Offline Branded Retail, B2B e-com, and B2B Offline) and develop a sustainable channel strategy including a clear proposition and roadmap towards 2030.
The Sales VP will have the opportunity to expand the LEGO® Group’s impact on both children and adults in China, playing a meaningful role in bringing superb consumer experience to our shoppers & members in China which inspire millions of people with strengthened brand love!
Core responsibilities:
Define the overall account & channel strategy including a clear channel proposition and roadmap in alignment with company growth strategy.
Establish clear commercial frameworks (incl. KPIs) for all account / channel partners, to drive joint business plans, sales targets, and brand standards.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to scale best practices and maximize halo effect both locally and globally.
Enable insight-led decision-making by translating performance data and market trends into actionable strategies to optimize store traffic, conversion, and channel growth.
Champion the integration of emerging digital solutions to enrich shopper engagement experience and operational efficiency.
Play a broad leadership role in China Market Group leadership team and build a strong and collaborative work environment.
Build and develop a high-performing, collaborative, and motivated sales organization, coach, mentor, and develop sales leadership talent
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, systems, tools and operating rhythm to improve team productivity and agility.

Our Account and Channel Teams are set to ignite brand experience with great product availability in China with a dynamic focus on offering the relevant shopper and member engagement journey through strategic partnership with key players.
This position plays a key role in securing that the LEGO Group continues to be a leading toy brand by developing strategic direction and actionable plans for all channels while ensuring good integration into the holistic company plans.
This position sits on the China Leadership Team (CNLT) and reports directly to China Market Group Head, with a broader leadership responsibility of empowering and inspiring the full China organization, as well as a shared responsibility for the overall China commercial strategy.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience in sales or retail leadership roles, with a track record of leading complex sales organizations and delivering sustained sales growth in China.
Experience in consumer goods, toys, lifestyle, or experiential retail environments is highly appreciated.
Proven record of developing and implementing a powerful sales strategy in a global branded business organization.
Solid background in account management, retail operations, and consumer experience engagement.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mobilize sizable cross-functional teams and build strategic partnerships in a highly matrix organization.
High digital fluency and familiarity with retail technologies, data platforms, CRM tools, and shopper analytics.
Strong commercial acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commitment to talent development and pipeline buildup.
