Principal Perception Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Responsible for deploying and optimizing perception models for autonomous driving on embedded platforms, ensuring real-time performance and accuracy, and achieving high-performance edge inference.
负责自动驾驶相关感知模型在嵌入式平台的部署和优化，保证模型的实时性和精度，实现端侧高性能推理；
•    Participate in the full pipeline of model optimization, including model conversion, quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation, to improve inference efficiency and deployment performance.
参与模型转换、量化、剪枝、蒸馏全流程，提升模型的推理效率和部署性能；
•    Analyze the performance characteristics of on-device resources (CPU / NPU / DSP / GPU), and provide systematic optimization suggestions for models, post-processing, and sensor fusion modules.
分析端侧资源(CPU/NPU/DSP/GPU)的性能特性，为模型/后处理/融合模块的优化提供系统性建议；

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
计算机、自动化、电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；
•    Familiar with mainstream perception models and able to understand their computational graphs and operator characteristics.
熟悉主流的感知模型，理解其计算图结构和算子特性；
•    Hands-on experience with quantization (QAT / PTQ), model pruning, and knowledge distillation.
具有QAT/PTQ 量化、模型剪枝、蒸馏的相关经验；
•    Proficient in Python and C++, with solid programming skills.
熟练掌握Python/C++编程，具备扎实的代码能力；
•    Practical deployment experience on automotive platforms such as Horizon Robotics, Axera, NVIDIA, etc.
具有地平线、爱芯、Nvidia等车载平台的实际部署经验；
•    Experience in mass production projects is preferred.
有量产项目经历者优先；
