UX Designer (Scopely, Inc.; Culver City, CA): Responsible for the creation of prototypes for internal and external playtesting. Contribute to user experience (UX) and UX vision for Marvel Strike Force. Think holistically and exceed the studio's quality standards. Work directly with the Lead and other Stakeholders. Seek out and leverage the talents of Scopely’s player research team to inform and validate your designs. Use analytics to gain insights into player behavior to help drive discussion, propose improvements, and steer product direction. Ensure designs are aligned with KPI goals. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related field, plus one (1) year of experience as a UX Designer, Video Game Designer, Graphic Designer, or related occupation.
Must have experience with the following: designing mobile games UX on shipped titles; working with distributed teams; development of a live-service mobile game; working on hero collector and tactical battle games; UX design and prototyping tools: Figma, Miro, or Adobe Suite; creating UX artifacts: storyboards, information architecture diagrams, journey maps, user stories, competitive audits, flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes; designing casual, mass market mobile games UX; and using Video Game Software: Unity.
