monday.com is looking for a User Acquisition Lead to join monday service and build our acquisition engine from scratch. This is a senior individual contributor role within a newly formed marketing organization dedicated exclusively to monday service.

You will be based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read funnels, understand numbers, and extract actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of multi-touch funnels and lifecycle-based acquisition
  • Experience working with complex datasets and performance metrics
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, advantage for service management or enterprise products
  • Builder mentality with high ownership and execution skills
  • Team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
