We are expanding and strengthening the world-class analytical ownership within the Growth & Products pillar, building a leading product analytics function for Monday’s ESM (Enterprise Service Management) platform - one of the company’s newest and most exciting offerings, designed to deliver exceptional service quality through an AI-powered workforce on a single, flexible platform.
This is a unique opportunity to join as a foundational team member and lead the product analytics strategy. Framework and execution. As a Lead Product Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing, optimizing and accelerating the product strategy, strengthening the analytics approach and delivering insights that shape the product’s future. You’ll work closely with leadership, product managers, engineers and designers to solve high-impact, ambiguous problems, and influence the product’s roadmap through clear, actionable insights.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar data analyst role
- Proficiency level of SQL - must
- You are a great storyteller and communicator and can build fruitful relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
- You are capable of tackling ambiguous problems and challenges
- You have a passion for making sense of user behavior, using any available methods and a dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach in product development
- You have proven experience defining and validating product metrics.
- You have the technical skills to perform advanced analytics with large datasets with technologies such as Python, Pandas, SQL
- You have a strong statistical background and deep understanding of experimentations.
