Supports the annual LTS and budget cycles for key cost accounts (DM, APS, DL, and C&B), partnering with Service Operations, Region Finance, FP&A, and the Service CFO.
Supports the creation and sustainment of the Service Cost DMS; uses lean principles to identify opportunities for driving productivity and standardization across the business.
Collaborate with the VCP team in building a healthy funnel to support current year and future year profitability expansion; validates savings within the P&L to ensure accurate VCP reporting.
Partner with the Service Delivery team in building out the strategic investment funnel; support investment prioritization by building and verifying business case ROI metrics; validates spend and benefits within the P&L to ensure the business is delivering on its strategic initiatives.
Manages a team focusing on key cost accounts within CM and FPC, optimizing cost efficiencies for both the region and central teams.
Owns the full FP&A cycle (monthly estimates, quarter close, analysis, and reporting) for CM and FPC cost accounts, including partnering with the GSO on EBIT walks.
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Finance or Accounting, with 8+ years of financial or business experience.
Strong FP&A background with experience partnering with operational teams and supporting senior leadership.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience with Essbase/Hyperion and Power BI tools.
Exceptional communication skills; ability to explain complex topics clearly.
Strong critical thinking skills and proactively assesses risks and opportunities within the P&L.
Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast paced, and complex environment and navigate ambiguity.
Graduate of a GE or GEHC finance leadership program.
Embraces lean principles with experience establishing standard work, supporting DMS, and implementing continued process improvements.
