Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do
- Under the direction of a senior designer, play a key role in design development and documentation across projects, including:
- Develop urban design and planning concepts, and translate them into clear and compelling graphic representations.
- Create innovative design solutions that respond to project concepts and effectively address social, legal, and economic considerations related to the built environment.
- Develop design responses to technical challenges within the scope of projects.
- Evaluate, select, and apply standard urban design techniques, procedures, and criteria, using professional judgment to make minor adaptations and modifications as required.
Meet the requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Architecture or related disciplines.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Urban Designer, Architect, or Landscape Architect.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp or Rhino.
- Strong attention to details.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the role of Project or Senior Urban Designer, while those with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Urban Designer.
