Produce phased schedules, cost plans, procurement strategies, logistics and sequencing plans, and value-engineering recommendations. Lead design, analysis, and implementation of ETCS Level 1/2 and related train control systems. Prepare and check design drawings for transit and freight rail signaling systems using CAD/MicroStation/AutoCAD; support proposals, tender and design documents; perform first-level electrical design checks; coordinate multi-office teams; apply project management principles; ensure compliance with CPKC, CN or AREMA standards; assist with project financial reporting and field work as needed.

Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps), Dataverse/SharePoint data models, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reports; collaborate with UX, data teams and stakeholders; estimate work, test against acceptance criteria, and support adoption and troubleshooting.

Lead and produce architectural design and documentation for data center projects across all design phases. Collaborate with local and international teams, coordinate with engineers and quantity surveyors, prepare planning and CAD documentation, ensure compliance with architectural standards, and contribute to BIM workflows, presentations, and visualizations.
