Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the travel program by

  • Balance cost control, monitor policy compliance, and traveler safety

  • Manage travel budget

  • Ensure staff travel efficiently

  • Provides prompt submission of travel vouchers within 5 days of travel completion

  • Provides 24/7 support during trips or disruptions.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TSC-SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study

  • 3+ Years of experience leading travel function or similar level of administrative support

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

Desired:

  • Prior experience supporting large federal programs

  • Proficiency with Chrome River software

  • Travel Institute offers the Certified Travel Associate (CTA)

  • Certified Travel Counselor (CTC)

  • Certified Travel Industry Executive (CTIE) programs

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$49,200 - $100,900
