- Manage the virtual payment program and complete credit card authorization forms to ensure billing is handled for hotel stays on behalf of our traveling team members
- Collect folios/receipts for all credit card transactions
- Complete expense reports in a timely manner for travel charges while ensuring proper reconciliation
- Code and approve business travel invoices while verifying for accuracy, disputing overcharges and providing trip descriptions
- Act as the point of contact for travelers who have billing questions or concerns while on the road, or after they have returned home
- Maintain vendor relationships with hotel, airline, ground transportation and car rental companies' accounting and billing contacts
- Responsible for all payment components related to the business travel program

Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
