Job DescriptionThe Transport and Mobility sector is undergoing a transformation driven by digitalisation and organisational challenges. This role is aimed at an experienced Manager capable of delivering management consulting, organisation and digital transformation engagements.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a Transport and Mobility Manager (M/F), you operate within the development of our Transport and Mobility practice, in close collaboration with our Energy, Utilities and Industry practice.
- Support the scoping and development of strategic projects
- Advise on and support the scoping and implementation of high-stakes transformation projects
- Manage and reengineer processes
- Define the target operating model and trajectory
- Define the vision, roadmap and master plans (IS and business)
- Support M&A operations and Post-Merger Integration
- Conduct benchmarks
- Manage RFI/RFP: process adaptation and reorganisation
- Define the change management strategy
- Work on enterprise architecture
With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you hold a degree from a top-tier school or a postgraduate university program. You have 5 years or more of experience within a consulting firm or in roles that provided significant experience in Transport and Mobility topics.
Autonomy and the ability to take initiative will be assets for success.

Skills Required
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top-tier school or postgraduate university program
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting firm or equivalent roles with significant Transport and Mobility experience
- Proven experience delivering management consulting, organisational and digital transformation engagements
- Experience in process reengineering and defining target operating models
- Experience defining IS strategies, enterprise architecture, vision, roadmaps and master plans
- Experience supporting M&A operations and Post-Merger Integration
- Experience managing RFI/RFP processes and conducting benchmarks
