Lead IT M&A engagements across the full transformation lifecycle: IT master planning, due diligence, integration/separation (TSA) planning, target operating model design, cost estimation, business case development, and change management. Supervise consultants, present to leadership, develop offerings, and support technology transformations (Network, Cloud, Workplace) for major-account clients.
