Role Summary

Transport Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end employee transportation operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient services across a 24x7 environment. The role requires close collaboration with transport vendors, drivers, security teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless employee commute experience while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence. You will report to Senior Manager, Facilities & Procurement

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end employee transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely services.
  • Support 24x7 transport operations for employees, ensuring seamless service delivery across all shifts.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize routing and scheduling to maximize vehicle utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely pickup and drop of employees in accordance with approved schedules and service standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee transportation-related queries, escalations, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor transport service performance and implement corrective actions to address operational issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transport operations, vendor performance, incidents, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all drivers and vendor personnel comply with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Verify that drivers are adequately trained and inducted before deployment into operations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in employee transport operations, fleet management, or facilities management.
  • Proficiency in transport management systems like SAFETRAX, Route Matic and Move Insync and MS environment.
  • Experience working in a 24x7 operational environment is preferred.
