Maintains smooth Transport operation at Client place
Major Responsibilities:
- Design and develop effective Transport processes and systems.
- To ensure that the process as laid down is followed.
- Control and monitoring is exercised during shuttle services, spot rental, airport transfers & regular employee pickups and drops.
- Over all in charge of Daily operations for Transport
- Manage the transport team
- Vendor management from operational perspective
- Regular interaction with the employees through formal and informal meetings for improvement in transport services and handle employee escalations
- Adherence to SLA’s by vendor including statutory and non-statutory compliance
- Ensure Vendor / Operational and Management reports are submitted and shared on daily basis
Qualification
- Any graduation
Work Experience
- Minimum Experience – 5-8 Yrs in the same field
Compensation : Commensurate with market
