What you’ll be doing
- Schedule all initial, recurrent and remedial flight crew training events in the Crew Management system;
- Act as daily point-of-contact in questions or issues related to training activities
- Booking of training facilities;
- Internal and external communication and collaboration with all stakeholders – especially with instructors, Crew Planning, OCC and vendors;
- Maintain and keep up to date the documentation and crew records system
- Follow up on relevant KPI´s;
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and development within the training organization;
- Liaise with Competent Authorities regarding Flight Crew certifications.
- Make suggestions for improvements in all matters including processes in the entire organization;
- Provide input as requested to significant changes in structure and organization of the company.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you can offer
- Comprehensive experience with crew training e.g. from airline training planning, ATO or equivalent;
- Experience with spreadsheets and experienced user in a Crew Management System
- Holistic understanding of the parameters affecting the training planning process across functional units
- Ability to collaborate with both colleagues and stakeholders
- Proficiency in English and preferable one or more of the Scandinavian languages (written and spoken)
- Competencies in line with Maersk standards with a high degree of self-leadership
