Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Tracking and follow up on assigned tasks

Supplier creation and maintenance

Creation and follow up on purchase orders and invoices
-
Ensuring a smooth process of procure to pay (P2P)
-
Coding of invoices
-
Communications with stakeholders
-
Cross functional position
-
Ad hoc troubleshooting
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:

Financial and business understanding, if possible
-
Microsoft Excel and SAP knowledge - good to have
-
Fluent in both spoken and written English/DanishGood communication skills

Good overview of assigned tasks and their status
