This position is responsible to ensure that all new TPO partners are properly affiliated with our Union Home Third Party Origination channel and to maintain a list of activities related to TPO that are not specific to the manufacturing process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhance and execute standard onboarding routine for all new TPO partners
- Responsible for New TPO Partner Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activations
- Responsible for 3rd Party Processing Company Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activations
- Responsible for Warehouse providers Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activations
- Responsible for maintaining master contact lists of internal and external TPO Partners
- Responsible for delivery of daily rate sheets to external partners
- VA Sponsorship Process – Approvals, Renewals, and/or De-Activations
- Enhance and execute standard process related to our White Glove Process
- Responsible for execution of Bulletin process as directed by leadership of TPO
- Maintain timely and accurate information in regards to TPO web presence
- Liaison for Union University to ensure training needs are executed and delivered
- Responsible for delivery of TPO Expedite data to/for TPO Leadership
- Other duties as assigned by TPO Operations Manager
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of work experience in a professional environment. Mortgage industry experience a plus.
SKILLS

Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
