Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is assist with the roll out Tool Rental initiatives that support field and store teams with driving business results. This role supports the day to day Tool Rental field and store operations, including sales, service, technology, omni-channel, and store communications. This role will accomplish this through the development and implementation of projects, best practices, and process improvements.
What You Will Do
- Collaborates cross functionally to understand the needs of the business to effectively deliver projects, best practices, and process and system improvement initiatives across Tool Rental and the organization
- Participates in regular meetings with peers to deliver field/store feedback and initiate process for developing process improvements and recommendations
- Utilizes qualitative and quantitative analytics prior to development and after implementation to identify ROI, current/future state, and cost savings
- Works directly with key stakeholders to deliver on business needs, often requiring time in the field
- Maintain the Policies & Procedures to ensure they are current and applicable to all locations
- Create and develop process mapping to help with continuous improvements in all facets of the business
- Analyzes post-project feedback to provide continuous improvement solutions
- Assists with support mailbox and ensure SLAs are maintained
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Business, Management, Operations, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 2 Years Related Industry Experience (Rental, Repair or US Home Improvement)
- 2 Years Experience in data analytics, performance reporting
