The Role

SumUp empowers small businesses with simple, innovative payment solutions. We're growing and seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Field Sales Territory Manager to drive market expansion, lead a high-performing sales team, and own regional sales performance.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy

  • Build and lead a team of 12+ Field Sales Representatives

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams

  • Track KPIs and manage sales forecasts and territory planning

  • Coach sales representatives in the field 3–4 days per week

  • Drive revenue growth and build strong regional partnerships

Who You Are

  • Proven leader in Field Sales Leadership, preferably in fintech, telecom, or B2B SaaS

  • Consistent record of surpassing sales targets and growing sales teams

  • Expert in KPIs, sales metrics, and market expansion strategies

  • Entrepreneur at heart with a talent for hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent

  • Experienced in working with SMEs and passionate about their success

  • Ready to travel within your assigned region

  • Hiring Manager interview with our Country Head of Sales

  • Case Study meeting with our Sales Leadership team

  • A final interview with our of our Bar Raisers, focussing on our company values
